Welcome to Te Anau Florists (Flowers by Fiordland Nursery). By placing an order through our website or in-store, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before ordering.
1. General
- Te Anau Florists provides fresh flowers, plants, gifts, and add-on products for delivery and collection.
- All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
- We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
- Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-store.
- Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed at checkout.
- Once payment is received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
3. Delivery
- We deliver within Te Anau and the Fiordland region. Delivery fees vary based on location.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery times, but we will make every effort to meet your requested timeframe.
- If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery address, we may:

Leave the flowers in a safe, shaded place, or

Leave a calling card to arrange redelivery.

4. Substitutions & Seasonal Availability
- Due to the seasonal nature of flowers, certain varieties may not always be available.
- We reserve the right to substitute flowers, containers, or wrapping with items of equal or greater value, always maintaining the overall style of the arrangement.
5. Add-On Products
- We offer a selection of add-on gifts (e.g., candles, chocolates, skincare, diffusers).
- All add-ons are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we may contact you to suggest an alternative or issue a refund for that item.
6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
- Flowers are a perishable product; therefore, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.
- If your order arrives in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, providing photos and order details.
- We will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion (see our full Returns Policy for details).
7. Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before delivery may be refunded.
- Orders within 24 hours of delivery cannot be cancelled as flowers and materials will already be prepared.
8. Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
- Payment details are processed securely via our payment provider and are not stored by us.
9. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
